العدد الذي كان عليه حسابك أو منشورك لحظة بدء الطلب، ويُقاس عليه ما وصلك.The count your account or post had when the order started; delivery is measured from it.
أقل وأكبر كمية يمكنك طلبها في الطلب الواحد من هذه الخدمة.The smallest and largest quantity you can order in a single order of this service.
سعر الخدمة. تظهر التكلفة النهائية قبل إرسال الطلب حسب الكمية التي تكتبها.The service price. The final cost is shown before you place the order, based on your quantity.
إعادة تعبئة العدد إذا نقص بعد اكتمال الطلب. يظهر زرها بجانب الطلب في الخدمات التي تدعمها فقط.Tops the count back up if it drops after the order completes. The button appears next to the order, only for services that support it.
إلغاء الطلب في الخدمات التي تدعم ذلك، ويعود المبلغ إلى رصيدك تلقائيًا.Cancels the order for services that support it, and the amount returns to your balance automatically.
تنفيذ الكمية على دفعات متتالية بدل دفعة واحدة، لتبدو الزيادة طبيعية.Delivers the quantity in successive batches instead of all at once, so growth looks natural.

وصل جزء من الكمية، ويعود ثمن الباقي إلى رصيدك.Part of the quantity was delivered, and the cost of the rest returns to your balance.
أُلغي الطلب، ويعود المبلغ إلى رصيدك.The order was canceled and the amount returned to your balance.
تبدأ معظم الخدمات خلال دقائق من تقديم الطلب، ويظهر الوقت المتوقع في وصف كل خدمة.Most services start within minutes of ordering, and each service description shows its expected time.

إذا كانت الخدمة تدعم إعادة التعبئة فسيظهر زر «إعادة تعبئة» بجانب الطلب في صفحة الطلبات، وإلا فتواصل مع الدعم برقم الطلب.If the service supports refills, a Refill button appears next to the order on the Orders page; otherwise contact support with the order ID.
افتح تذكرة وأرفق صورة الإيصال، وسيراجعها فريق الدعم في أقرب وقت.Open a ticket and attach a photo of the receipt; the support team will review it shortly.
